DENTAL PRACTICES

Interested in employing a Trainee Dental Assistant?

AADA College offers a unique opportunity to dental professionals.

Traineeships combine training with working in a real job, with a real boss, for a real wage. Apprentices and trainees work towards the completion of a nationally recognised qualification while learning valuable skills at work and under the guidance of a training organisation.

Trainees can be employed by your clinic full-time, part-time, or school-based and contribute to ensuring that we are training quality assistants who meet the high and exacting standards set within the dental industry.

AADA College places a high emphasis on practical training. Our students who complete their qualifications have the skills needed to confidently assist dental professionals nationwide. Being a participating dental practice also gives you an opportunity to hire an assistant upon completion of their course, who understands the needs of your business.

The Dental Assisting course is competency based and your trainee will acquire the knowledge to become a confident dental assistant, by undertaking online assessments and gaining real time practical skills in the workplace.

Vocational Placement: our Certificate III in Dental Assisting students are required to complete a minimum of 350 hours vocational placement as a mandatory prerequisite for the qualification. AADA College is always looking to partner with dental practices to support our students’ vocational placements.
